On Saturday the 19th July we will be holding a carers event 9am-12 noon at Prenton medical centre.
We will have outside carers services here to help as well as our health coaches and social prescribers.
Please pre book your carers health check to make sure you don’t miss out. All pre booked health checks will receive a carers thank you pack.
All are welcome to come along and meet the team and gain some helpful information.
